December 8, 1933 – September 22, 2018
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, in her 85th year.
Predeased by her loving husband of 57 years, Ronald J. McLean (2015) and infant grandson Callum Woods (2014). Loved mother of John McLean (Joyce) of Clifford, Maxine Woods (Bruce) of Fergus, and Bonnie Curle (John) of Campbellford. Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Cameron and Stuart (Lisa) McLean, Grayson and Keayla Woods, Holly, Hannah, and Caroline. Daughter of the late Ethel (Ariss) and James R. Skerritt. Survived by sisters Lillian Ferguson, Elda McConnell and Audrey Bousfield and her brother-in-law Bruce McLean. She will be missed by her extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Duff’s Presbyterian Church on Thursday, September 27 from 11 am – 1 pm. Funeral service at 1 pm, followed by a reception in Nanson Hall. Interment Crown Cemetery, Puslinch.

A tree will be planted in memory of Barbara J. McLean in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 2:30 pm.
