Sexual predator Watts released from prison… AGAIN
Long-term offender Christopher Watts, convicted of manslaughter and sexual assault in the 2001 death of a Kitchener girl, has been released from prison again, despite violating his community supervision conditions in the last few months.
“The board finds that you appear incapable or unwilling to self-manage your risk factors, making your release to the community unmanageable,” the Parole Board of Canada wrote in a decision this month.
But it added Watts does not pose a huge risk to public safety and released him.
