Appeal Of Aberfoyle Truck HQ Has Been Withdrawn
Pierre Chauvin, a planning consultant for the proposal at 126-128 Brock Rd. S. in Puslinch, confirmed via email the appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal had been formally withdrawn before a motion to dismiss hearing in December.
“They essentially just wanted more noise mitigation (fencing) as it relates to their property,” Chauvin wrote. “We agreed to provide, problem solved.”
