A Celebration Of Life: Betty Stickney
STICKNEY, Betty – Of Guelph passed away at Caressant Care Harriston on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, in her 92nd year.
Beloved wife of the late John Stickney. Loved mother of the late Cathy (Carl) Pritchard and the late Doug Stickney. Loving grandmother of J.J. Foster (Taylor), John Foster (Jenna) and Thomas Pritchard. Great grandmother of James, Matthew, and Jackson. Dear sister of Millie (Bill) Humphries, Wylda Rogers, and Lyle (Lynn) Hamilton. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Margaret and brothers Ronnie and Irving.
Friends will be received for visitation at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 10:00-11:00 am. A funeral service will start at 11:00 am. Reception will follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. A spring interment will take place at Crown Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Betty’s memory can be made to Sick Kids or Adoption Council of Ontario.
A tree will be planted in memory of Betty Stickney in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
