One Charged With Uttering Threats
On April 24, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) respond to a disturbance on Lake Avenue East, Puslinch. It was reported that a person, who was not to communicate with the victim, uttered threats to them and damaged their property.
As a result of the investigation, Saya Lina HORECK, 42-year-old of Wawa, was charged with Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm, Mischief – Destroys or Damages Property and Failure to Comply with Undertaking, contrary to the Criminal Code. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on June 27, 2023.
