Humane Society Hosting Event On Caring For Backyard Chickens
An Evening with Chickens will be held on Wednesday, January 25 from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Guelph Humane Society.
There are great egg-spectations for an upcoming event on how to care for and manage small chicken flocks at the Guelph Humane Society (GHS) on Jan 25.
Sponsored in part by Grand River Agricultural Society, event speakers include veterinarian Erin Preiss of Hockley Valley Mobile Veterinary Services and Westphal. Attendees will learn about the benefits of keeping backyard chickens, as well as how to properly care for and feed them.
