The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario is investigating a Guelph doctor over allegations he placed a camera in the employee washroom of his former practice.
Dr. Fady Ghaly currently has a family practice at the Arkell Walk-in Clinic and Pharmacy at 403 Arkell Rd.
