Puslinch Mayor Dennis Lever acclaimed as Wellington County warden
At its annual inaugural meeting on Dec. 9, Dennis Lever, Mayor for the Township of Puslinch, was acclaimed Warden by Wellington County Council for the 2017-18 term.
Lever has represented the constituents of Puslinch since 2010. He is the past Chair for the Wellington County administration, finance and human resources committee, and has also served on the information, heritage and seniors committee. Lever has also served on a number of volunteer committees and organizations.
“Warden Lever has an impressive political résume,” said past Warden George Bridge. “I look forward to working under Warden Lever’s direction. His effective leadership as administration, finance and human resources Chair, has prepared him for his new role as Warden. The County will continue to be in very capable hands.”
