Fate Of Niska Rd Bailey Bridge To Be Decided December 3rd
Susan Ratcliffe hoped that Heritage Guelph’s recent move to clarify its position on Niska Road and the Bailey bridge improvements would tip the balance with council and convince them to keep the bridge a one-laner and designate the property around it a cultural heritage landscape.
But when the city posted on Friday the agenda and background information for the Dec. 3 meeting, included in the package was a report from the city’s legal department.
